A quick and painless way to farm Volatile Fire is to fish it from Pools of Fire located in the lava around Sulfuron Spire in Mount Hyjal.
You will save a lot of gold in repair bills and wont have to bother with killing one single elemental!
I just finished farming this place and never got less than 3 Volatile Fire for each time I fished.
Farmed for 15min and ended up with 70 Volatile Fire which I sold in stacks of 10 for 200g per stack, 5600g per hour is so far the highest Ive ever got from farming in Cataclysm.

Holy Paladins Nerfed? How to take it like a Pally.
Hello.
This is the first post of what will be a couple of posts which hopefully will help you better understand what you need to do to survive as a Holy Paladin after the Cataclysmic Nerfs from Blizzard.

So for all of my follow Holy Paladins you have probably noticed that Tower of Radiance no longer gives Holy Power for healing our Beacon of Light target with Holy Light.
Since this actually was intentional, read the blue post, we probably just have to get used to this way of healing.
Since we have no reason to cast a really slow heal that actually heals for so little that we doesn't even notice it we have to use Divine Light and Flash of Light.
I took some time and looked over some of the holy paladins I could find in a major city and almost everyone was at about 70k mana which means they can probably cast about 12-15 Divine Light before going OOM and since you basically need to cast 20-25 of these in a normal 85 dungeon during a boss you either need a lot more mana or start to prioritize new things then before.
Before the change we only had to worry about haste and maybe some crit now and then.
Now we need to make sure we have as much mana as possible at all time, this of course means Spirit.
Yes, for the first time in WoW history pallys need to take Spirit before anything else, of course a bigger mana poll means more heals until you go OOM so make sure to get as much Int as you can. When this is done you have to look for spirit in every corner of the game.
With 70k mana I find that anything less than 2000 Spirit (Not MP5, but real hard Spirit) wont do the trick.
To get the 2k Spirit I reforged all my Mastery and Crit to Spirit.
With 2k Spirit I rarely find myself drinking mana potions and using Divine Plea during a boss fight.
I have actually seen a lot of Holy Paladins stacking up Mastery which I really cant understand why. We only get a very short lived shield on the recently healed target that doesn't absorb much damage. Its much better to make sure that you can keep casting heals for as long as possible especially with all the damage going out in the new raids and heroics.
I personally believe that holy paladins have the worse use for mastery, I dont know about much other classes than Prot Warriors and Druids since they are the only other classes Im active on so if there happen to be another class that really have no use for Mastery then Im very sorry for you too.
So to recap, Be sure to stack up to about 2000 Spirit before trying to get haste capped or Crit and never stack Mastery. I also recommend you to only go for haste until you reach 1250-1400 because after 1250 you wont see any real difference until 1600 and keep in mind that you also have Judgments of the Pure which gives you 9% extra haste.
Please comment because I would like to know what you think and what you want to hear about!
